As the Dental Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the practice while supporting both team members and patients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or senior dental office administrator
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with dental practice management systems, billing, and insurance coordination
  • Professional, patient-focused approach with the ability to support both staff and patients effectively
  • Motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining a high-performing dental practice
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in dental management software and Microsoft Office tools. We use Dentrix Ascend.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, protocols, and insurance processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dental office to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Supervising and mentoring front office staff, providing guidance and support
  • Managing patient scheduling, inquiries, and insurance benefit verification
  • Coordinating billing, collections, and insurance claims processing
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to maintain a positive and efficient patient experience
