Natural Smiles Dentistry is now hiring a Full Time Dental Office Manager in Marietta, Georgia! Dr. Neda has been in the practice for 20+ years and the rest of the staff and patients are committed to optimal care. The practice has been consistent with efficient operations, it's structured and ideal for someone who's experienced in taking practices to new growths without compromising relationships, experiences or quality of care! We are seeking a high performing leader that has at least 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager, excellent communicator and problem solver who thrives on accountability, organization and results with a patient-first mindset. Full Time Dental Office Manager Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:15am-3:30pm Thursday 8:45am - 6:00pm Friday either 8:00am - 12:00pm or 9:00am -1:00pm (In Office Admin Day) To learn more about this wonderful practice: https://nsdentistry.com/ Dental Office Manager Job Summary Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Requirements

  • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix and Denticon nice to have)
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting), AR, revenue cycle
  • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
  • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Exposure to potentially hazardous objects and/or materials
  • Ability to wear appropriate work attire as needed or required
