Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for meetings and events
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Submit electronic insurance claims and send electronic bills
  • Collect payments and perform general accounting tasks
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Implement hygiene recall and reactivation through scheduling and confirming
