The ideal candidate will have excellent skills managing staff, schedules and training, handling billing, insurances and budgets. Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a dental office setting is required for eligibility.
  • 2 or more years experience in an managerial role including:
  • Personnel Management.
  • Patient/Client/Customer Support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computers for word processing, insurance claims processing and records management [list computer software experience required including any specific dental software].

Nice To Haves

  • Eaglesoft and/or Dentrix knowledge is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily operations including scheduling, billing, and project management.
  • Ensures schedule is booked and confirmed according to office protocol.
  • Coordinating and overseeing marketing and referral effort.
  • Analyze business and financial data to recognize and build on strengths, provide feedback on how to improve daily morale, efficiency and performance.
  • Achieve financial performance and revenue goals while supporting a positive office culture.
  • Provide direct individual and team leadership to achieve success.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal patient service levels.
  • On-board all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic practice environment.
  • Assisting with patient and team issues and concerns.
