About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors at the front desk, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and maintain patient records, including scheduling appointments and updating patient information.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to the dental team, including preparing reports.
  • Assist with front office duties, such as handling payments and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Transcribe patient information and prepare patient charts for dental procedures.
  • Maintain the office in a clean and organized manner, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Provide a high level of personal assistance to the dental team.
  • Prepare and deliver treatment plans to patients and collect their estimated portions at the time of service.
  • Work on Accounts Receivable to collect past balances and delinquent accounts.
  • Post insurance payments to accounts.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
