About The Position
Innovative Smiles LLC in Hatfield, PA is seeking a dedicated Dental Laboratory Caseworker to join our team of 16 professionals. This position is crucial in ensuring that dental lab cases are handled efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is punctual and hard-working, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality work. The role involves entering, editing, and posting dental lab cases while ensuring that the preferences of the doctors are met. Attention to detail is essential, as the caseworker will provide detailed lab instructions for cases to meet the expectations of both doctors and patients. In addition to managing dental lab cases, the Dental Laboratory Caseworker will be responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email is a key part of the role. The caseworker will also perform various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. Documenting actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records is another important responsibility.
