We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized Dental Lab Technicians to join our company. Our Ward Dental Lab Brighton, MI location is hiring for a Model Technician, a CAD/CAM Scanning Technician, a Dental Ceramist and a Lead Crown & Bridge Technician. Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment. Requirements
- Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred
- Previous experience as a dental lab technician
- High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent hand/eye coordination
- Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
- Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Read and follow directions on prescription. Be able to understand a doctors’ preferences
- Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
- Follow daily schedule and production goals
- Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers, lathes, saw, articulators, and cleaning devices
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
