About The Position

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Dental Laboratory Technician opportunity, specializing in Crown & Bridge fabrication, at NDX H&O Dental Lab in Manchester, NH. The regular hours for this position are from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday (No Fridays), and subject to change from time to time. Requirements

• Knowledge of tooth anatomy
• Ability to articulate according to Rx
• Knowledge of materials (i.e. stones, acrylic)
• Identify through Impressions margins
• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years' experience with building porcelain crowns, and 2 or more years contouring monolithic crowns

Responsibilities

• Fit all work to a solid poured or digitally printed model
• Choose correct porcelain
• Build to correct contour, blend and occlusion
• Stain and glaze with crown clean-up functions on posterior restorations
• Complete esthetic anterior PFZ, PFM and full contour cases
• Fire at the correct temperature and for the appropriate amount of time
• Steam clean required items
• Return items to proper pan
• Complete cases according to work ticket schedule
• Scan and initial cases as required
• Perform basic porcelain repairs according to Technical Team Policies
• All other duties as assigned
