About The Position

The Ceramist will be responsible for designing, shaping, and finishing high-quality ceramic dental restorations. This role requires artistry, precision, and technical expertise to ensure esthetic excellence and functional durability for our patients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Lab Ceramicist / Porcelain Technician.
• Strong esthetic sense with attention to detail, color, and form.
• Skilled in ceramic build-up, layering, staining, and glazing.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM workflows and digital dentistry preferred.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions, digital designs, and dentist requests.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and technical craftsmanship.
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate ceramic restorations including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant prosthetics with precision and esthetic detail.
• Apply ceramic layering techniques to achieve natural shading, translucency, and contour.
• Collaborate with dentists and lab team members to meet individual case requirements.
• Review digital designs and models (CAD/CAM, 3D scans) to create accurate ceramic restorations.
• Ensure restorations meet both functional and esthetic expectations.
• Conduct quality control checks and adjustments before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and care for ceramic equipment and materials.
• Stay updated on materials, techniques, and technology in ceramic artistry.
