Position Summary The Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care while building trusting, long-term relationships with patients. This role is ideal for a hygienist who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about education, teamwork, and whole-person oral health. Requirements
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital charting and dental software preferred

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments
- Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral images
- Conduct periodontal assessments and accurately chart findings
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and the oral-systemic health connection
- Apply preventive agents such as fluoride and sealants
- Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical team members to support individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation
- Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment
