Salary: Base hourly rate starting at $45/hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Compensation follows a “whichever is greater” model — you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a monthly production-based commission, whichever is higher! Example earning potential: Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $7,500–$9,000/month High-performing providers often exceed $10,000/month through production-based compensation Benefits and Rewards Include: 1.) Experience & Qualifications: You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin. Dental Hygienist: 1 year preferred, but not required! Requirements
