Requirements

Active RDH license in Wisconsin
Comfortable working in multiple locations and adapting quickly
Strong clinical skills with confidence in perio and patient education
Positive, team-first attitude—you walk into any office and elevate it
Reliable, organized, and flexible
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hygiene care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance) across multiple offices
Build quick, meaningful rapport with patients and team members
Educate patients on oral-systemic health and prevention
Partner with doctors to support diagnosis and case acceptance
Adapt seamlessly to different practice flows and teams
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
