We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, skilled in clinical procedures, and committed to building strong patient relationships. You will play a key role in promoting oral health and supporting the overall treatment plan for each patient. Located on the Eastside and in beautiful downtown.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Dental Hygiene License
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including periodontal therapies, prophy's, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide recommendations for at-home care
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment
- Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history in dental software
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide excellent patient care
