Full Time Hygienist needed in Crofton Maryland! Join our compassionate and connected team at Crofton Dental Suite! Schedule (Full-Time) Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Off Tuesdays This position is ideal for a hygienist who: Is Itero trained or excited to expand digital scanning skills Has periodontal experience or a strong interest in advanced hygiene care Brings a positive, open mindset and adapts well to change Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Values teamwork, professionalism, and accountability Is motivated by results and takes pride in high-quality patient care New graduates and newly licensed hygienists are welcome to apply. Requirements

Current dental hygienist license in Maryland and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.

Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
