Requirements
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- A patient-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for education, prevention, and relationship-building
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
- Educate and build trust with patients to improve long-term oral health
- Partner closely with the doctor to co-diagnose and support treatment acceptance
- Create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standard of care
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
