Dental Health Associates- Harrisonburg is looking for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in Harrisonburg, VA , to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Position Overview: As a Dental Hygienist at DHA Harrisonburg , you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, all while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. What we offer: Competitive Pay : $55-$60/hour + monthly bonus potential for single column and $60-$65/hour + monthly bonus potential for assisted hygiene. Requirements

  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
  • Certification s: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
