About The Position

Simply Periodontics is seeking a professional and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing periodontal team. You’ll work alongside our experienced Periodontist, Dr. Akram Rafla, delivering high-quality periodontal care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Each periodontal patient will be scheduled for a full hour of hygiene time, ensuring quality and comfort in every appointment. Schedule: 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends! Requirements

• Valid MA state license as a Dental Hygienist
• Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices
• Familiarity with medical coding and billing processes
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients
• Attention to detail to accurately assess patient conditions and document findings
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals

Responsibilities

• Deliver collaborative clinical care to each patient
• Perform periodontal hygiene procedures
• Conduct oral health assessments and identify periodontal conditions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care techniques
• Maintain accurate records
• Support infection control protocols for a safe clinical environment
• Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment plans
