Position Overview: Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Harbour View Office located at 5849 Harbour View Blvd, Suffolk, Virginia 23435 . We also offer hygiene coaching to support continuous professional development, so there’s no limit to how far you will go in your career. Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Base rate of $45 - $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour. Sign on Bonus: $7,500 Mon 8a-6p, Tuesday-Friday 8a-5p, and 1 Saturday/month 8a-12p. Flexible schedule and can accomodate 4 or 5 days/week. Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
