We’re seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
- Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license and CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Experience in a dental office setting (preferred; new grads welcome!)
Nice To Haves
- Local anesthesia certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride application
- Take and interpret digital radiographs
- Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting
- Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold OSHA/HIPAA compliance
