About The Position

Junction Dental Care is hiring for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! Schedule Monday 8am-5pm Tuesday 9am-6pm Wednesday 9:30am-5pm Thursday 7am-4pm 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment! SRP - hygienists discrection! Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quartlery bonuses! We have arestin, iTero, velscope + CE coverage available! Requirements

Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
