Dr. Curtis Roy & Associates is now hiring a Full Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Lafayette, LA! Hygienist Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Wednesday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $5000 SIGN ON BONUS!! Why join our practice? Requirements
- Active Louisiana Hygienist license
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Screening patients during check-ups
- Reviewing patient's history
- Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Documents area of existing restorations
- Use of X-ray
- Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
- Conduct screenings
- Assist patients with oral hygiene
