Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with prophylaxis, radiographs, and periodontal care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and preventive treatments
- Conduct oral health assessments and chart periodontal conditions
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
- Ensure patient comfort and build strong, trusting relationships
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to support overall patient care
