About The Position

Triangle Restoration Dentistry in Durham is seeking a Dental Hygienist to work 2 Tuesdays and 2 Fridays per month. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort during their visits. Established patient base with experienced providers looking for the right fit. Requirements

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of North Carolina.
Proficiency in medical coding related to dental procedures is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy as it relates to oral health.
Experience with general dentistry practices is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients.
Assess patients' oral health by taking vital signs and conducting detailed patient assessments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
