About The Position

Are you looking for a flexible Hygiene position? Please join us at Monarch Dental, hours and locations are up to you! We are looking for a Hygienist to join our team to fill in at our Layton practice and surrounding locations. This is a flexible position to work at our offices on days and hours your available. Work closely with our operations team on your availability and schedule. Position will be very similar to temping, but you will have a consistent team, highly focused on great patient care, great culture, and providing you excellent support. Requirements

• A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
