About The Position

Lake Park Dental in Lutz, FL, is seeking an experienced RDH to provide exceptional care to our valued patients.

Requirements

• Active Florida Dental Hygiene License.
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical dental setting is required.
• Comfortable with SRP, scanning, anesthesia administration, and delivering patient education.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy hygiene schedule.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience or familiarity with Dentrix, iTero, and Sidexis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling and root planing (SRP), and other preventive treatments.
• Administer anesthesia (if licensed) for patient comfort during procedures.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans, ensuring understanding and confidence.
• Use advanced technology, including iTero, Dentrix, and Sidexis systems, for charting, scanning, and imaging (preferred but not required).
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with both patients and the dental team.
• Collaborate closely with the team to provide outstanding care in a fast-paced environment.
