Requirements

• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
• A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier patient care while creating a welcoming and positive experience, guided by our G3 model - Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.
• Maintain a Safe Smile Space (S3) by ensuring a safe, inclusive, and comfortable environment for all patients and team members.
• Deliver professional dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to improve and maintain patients' oral health.
• Conduct screenings to assess patients' periodontal health and identify any oral health concerns, including oral cancer screenings.
• Educate patients on tailored oral hygiene techniques and the effects of conditions such as malocclusion to encourage proactive health management.
• Screen for individual patient needs, offering education and recommendations for improving overall oral and systemic health.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your leadership, clinical, and business skills, supported by Smile Brands' learning programs.
