About The Position

We are currently seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in Sedalia, Missouri. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40 to $45 per hour, along with an uncapped incentive plan that allows for unlimited bonus potential. In fact, 4 out of 5 of our hygienists have earned an incentive payout, with the average monthly earnings exceeding $1800. The top 10% of hygienists in our organization have reported average annual compensation of $121,000. As a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental, you will have access to state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including the Trios® 3D intra-oral scanner and our Digital Dental Assistant for voice-activated perio charting. We also provide ongoing in-person and virtual training through TAG U online, covering a variety of topics such as clinical practices, operations, management, and leadership. Additionally, we offer free continuing education (CE) opportunities to help you expand your knowledge and skills. You will achieve success by being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, and working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
