About The Position

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive salary ranging from $93,600 to $110,240 per year, which includes annualized base salary and incentive earnings based on a full-time schedule. Additionally, there is a sign-on bonus of $1,000 stipend for 12 months available for new hires. When you join the Aspen team, you will receive competitive compensation with unlimited bonus potential. On average, 3 out of 4 of our hygienists earn an incentive payout, with an average monthly incentive of $2,000. The top 10% of hygienists earn an average annual compensation of $128,000.
