About The Position

The Dental Hygienist at the Jonesboro Clinic is responsible for assisting the dentist in providing patient care. This includes cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth, as well as taking and processing x-rays. The hygienist will record evaluations of mouth conditions and the extent of prophylaxis on dental charts. Additionally, the role involves providing the dentist with necessary information for a more complete diagnosis and subsequent treatment if needed. The hygienist will also educate patients on ongoing preventative oral care and reinforce the doctor's treatment plan.

Requirements

• Hygiene License required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience preferred.
