This role allows the Dental Hygienist to focus on providing clinical care and making all clinical decisions, while 360care handles administrative tasks. Requirements

  • Valid Dental Hygiene or Registered Dental Hygiene License.
  • Valid Independent Certification and/or License to practice independently.
  • Must have own reliable transportation, good driving record, and car insurance.
  • Ability to conduct thorough oral health assessments, including for signs of oral diseases and abnormalities.
  • Ability to act as an autonomous clinician responsible for comprehensive oral hygiene assessments.
  • Ability to perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth.
  • Ability to apply preventative treatments like fluoride applications and sealants.
  • Ability to educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing and dietary recommendations.
  • Ability to take digital dental x-rays as needed.
  • Ability to accurately and timely update patient records including documenting treatments and observations.
  • Ability to assist Dentist during exams and procedures as needed.
  • Ability to assist with patient transportation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all patients, family members, providers, faculty, and staff.
  • Ability to provide timely responses to patient inquiries; document conversations in the EMR.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
