As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in patient care, working closely with the dental team to develop patient care plans in accordance with the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. You will manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education, while also expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development. In addition to competitive compensation, which includes a sign-on bonus of $5,000, our hygienists have the potential to earn unlimited bonuses. On average, 4 out of 5 of our hygienists receive incentive payouts, with the top 10% earning an average compensation of $121,000 annually.
