About The Position

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with a competitive salary range of $79,040 - $93,600 per year, which includes annualized base salary plus incentive earnings based on a full-time schedule. New hires can also benefit from a sign-on bonus of $5000. When you join the Aspen team, you will receive competitive compensation with unlimited bonus potential. Notably, 3 out of 4 of our hygienists earned an incentive payout, with an average monthly incentive of $2,000. The top 10% of hygienists earned an average annual compensation of $128,000.
