This position can be full-time or part-time, with a competitive salary ranging from $104,000 to $114,400 per year, which includes an annualized base salary plus incentive earnings based on a full-time schedule. Additionally, new hires will receive a location-specific offer of a $1,000 monthly allowance for the first 12 months, which can be applied to various personal expenses such as scrub purchases, car leases or loans, and childcare or pet care costs.
