About The Position

This position can be full-time or part-time, with a competitive salary ranging from $104,000 to $114,400 per year, which includes an annualized base salary plus incentive earnings based on a full-time schedule. Additionally, new hires will receive a location-specific offer of a $1,000 monthly allowance for the first 12 months, which can be applied to various personal expenses such as scrub purchases, car leases or loans, and childcare or pet care costs. In fact, 4 out of 5 of our hygienists earned an incentive payout, with the average monthly earnings exceeding $1,800. The top 10% of hygienists have reported an average compensation of $121,000.
