Requirements

  • Previous experience in dental administration, hygiene coordination, or front office support
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, patient-centered attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn across all areas of the office
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of dental procedures, billing processes, and insurance a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing and filling the hygienist schedule
  • Calling to reactivate patients and encourage appointments
  • Assisting at the front desk as needed
  • Supporting back office operations when necessary
