About The Position
The position provides customer service, clerical, and administrative support for the Dental Hygiene program. Responsibilities include receiving telephone calls, greeting guests and/or patients, and answering inquiries about clinical services. The role involves performing various dental office management tasks and other clerical duties related to clinical operations. The individual will maintain a safe, secure, and efficient facility for dental hygiene instruction and patient care services, implement established protocols, support the program administrator and faculty, and promote student and patient safety.
