About The Position
Sleep Dentistry of Vancouver is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at our Vancouver location. As a key member of our office, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. This position is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in the dental field but also possesses a strong commitment to patient service and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, discussing financial arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. You will need to demonstrate enthusiasm and a natural curiosity to learn, as well as a desire for continued personal development. With at least two years of dental office experience, you will be comfortable and confident in your ability to handle various patient care tasks.
