Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dental front-office leadership or supervisory role
Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team
Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in dental office software and systems
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Must enjoy working with children
Customer service and sales experience
Upbeat personality with a can-do attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and computer skills
Motivated and eager to grow professionally
