Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 4:00 pm Fridays 9:00 am - 1:00 pm Front Office Coordinator – Health & Wellness Focused Dental Practice Are you passionate about health and personal growth? Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • at least 3 or more years dental front office experience required
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative duties
  • Accounting for patients and making sure that relations are maintained
  • Accounts Recievable (insurance and patient)
  • Expert understanding of dental insurance and copays
  • Treatment presentations with firm financials
  • Execute the sending of claims accurately
  • Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
  • Appointment scheduling / keeping the schedule full and making it a priority
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Manage unscheduled and treatment pending lists to ensure patient follow through to meet scheduling goals
  • Creating a warm, confident first impression for every patient
  • Managing scheduling strategically and efficiently
  • Answering phones with clarity, professionalism, and care
  • Supporting financial conversations with compassion and integrity
  • Keeping systems organized and improving them when needed
  • Taking ownership of your role and looking for ways to elevate the practice
