We're looking for a front office assistant who will maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Duties include answering phone, scheduling appointments, patient intake and discharge, appointment confirmations, verifying Medicaid and insurance benefits, collecting payments, co-payments and deductibles, and maintaining recall appointments. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Work as part of a team with an emphasis on communication Schedule patient appointments in accordance with monthly and daily patient goals Greet and check patients into the office in a friendly and professional manner Be present and on time for work Previous customer service experience Excellent communication skills Be present and on time for work Willingness to learn new things Pleasant and peaceful personality Willingness to work in a team environment
