As our director you will provide dental services as the lead dentist at Falls Community Health (FCH), including school-based settings. Develop and oversee the delivery of an effective and efficient Dental Quality Plan at FCH, ensuring high quality services, adequate patient access, and optimal patient experience, financial and care outcomes. Supervise and mentor dentists. Ensure integration between the dental programs and other community health operations. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited dental school required with a minimum of four (4) years' experience in the practice of dentistry desirable; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
• Hold a valid license to practice dentistry in South Dakota, current CPR (BLS) certification, and current South Dakota DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services as the lead dentist at Falls Community Health (FCH), including school-based settings.
• Develop and oversee the delivery of an effective and efficient Dental Quality Plan at FCH, ensuring high quality services, adequate patient access, and optimal patient experience, financial and care outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor dentists.
• Ensure integration between the dental programs and other community health operations.
