About The Position

Compass Health is seeking a Dentist with experience in leadership for the role of Dental Director. This full-time position combines both active practice as well as leadership for a team of dentists and is based in our St. Louis area clinic. Consisting of approximately 70% practice and 30% administrative/leadership time, the ideal candidate will have both prior leadership and FQHC experience. Position offers an excellent salary, full benefits, 6% match on retirement, CME benefit, and more.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited dental school required.
• Licensed Dentist in the state of Missouri required.
• Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management system software required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain required.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of an accredited general practice residency program is preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a dental setting is preferred.
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of dentists while maintaining an active practice.
• Manage administrative tasks related to dental operations.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with health regulations.
