About The Position

We are seeking a Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator to work at our University office who has experience in the following areas: Dental office experience Provides excellent customer service Has a positive attitude and willingness to help others Greeting patients Collecting payment Verifying patient insurance and financial information Answering high-volume phones Experience with Dental software such as Open Dental Experience creating and maintaining a clinical schedule Computer functions (Microsoft Office or similar) Ability to operate office machinery to fax, photocopy, scan, and handle multi-line phone system Patient communication as related to appointments, insurance, treatment plans, questions, finances & HIPAA privacy act Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving Leads by example Possesses high school diploma Bi-lingual We are seeking experienced Front Desk/Administrative employees who are dependable, organized, and professional. We desire employees who efficiently and effectively solve problems and facilitate teamwork through example. We strive to create a working environment that is healthy and productive for all. This position is full-time Monday-Thursday with select Fridays. Compensation is based upon experience; and, a competitive benefits package is included with offer of employment.
