You've coached Dentists to be savvy business owners! You know how to drive by dental KPIs, and have coached dentists to be leaders within their practices. You love leading productive team meetings, one-on-ones, and large group sessions. You know how to boost treatment acceptance rates. You possess the unique ability to inspire and implement change within dental practices! You love helping people! We're growing our consultant team and Dental A Team is excited to announce an opening for a business focused, experienced Dental Consultant! (We are very specifically looking for candidates WITH previous Dental Consulting experience). This full-time position located in ARIZONA or TEXAS offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking to positively impact dental practices. You must be located in Arizona or Texas! The role is designed for individuals passionate about bringing innovative solutions and efficiencies to dental offices nationwide. As a Dental Consultant, you will be crucial in driving our clients' success, providing personalized dental consulting services that foster growth and improvement both personally and professionally for Dental Professionals. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences.

• Must be located in Arizona or willing to relocate to Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives.
• Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
• Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed.
• Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability.
• Mentor dental teams by providing constructive feedback and motivational support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the dental consultancy field.
• Handle multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
