Fortuna is seeking experienced Dental Call Center Agents to support high-volume inbound customer service operations for California-based dental care providers and their members. This role involves resolving inquiries from dental professionals regarding billing, policy, and general service information. Candidates must reside in California and have call center and dental experience. This is a remote, full-time position starting February 17th, 2026. It offers structured training, incentives, and a consistent weekday schedule.
