About The Position

Requirements

• Prior training/schooling as a dental assistant.
• Meet state requirements for DA duties, continuing education, or licensure.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Good listener with strong communication skills with patients.

• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed for dental procedures.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients.
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked.
• Schedule appointments for patients.
• Take dental X-rays as required.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary to support the practice.
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure the best patient experience.
