Join our dental care team as a Dental Assistant where you'll play a vital role in creating positive patient experiences while supporting our dental professionals in delivering exceptional care. You'll prepare treatment rooms, assist with procedures, and ensure a smooth, efficient practice environment that puts patients at ease. Work in our modern Conroe facility with standard hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering you a stable schedule with no evenings or weekends.

  • Partner with dentists providing skilled four-handed dentistry and support dental hygienists during procedures and examinations
  • Enhance patient experience by maintaining efficient scheduling and seamless patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Capture high-quality diagnostic radiographs to support accurate treatment planning
  • Build patient trust by reviewing medical and dental health histories, recording vitals, and documenting important information in patient charts
  • Maintain the highest standards of infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment after each patient and ensuring treatment room cleanliness
  • Assist with treatment planning, documenting conditions, and processing treatment charges while obtaining all necessary consent forms
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide clear post-operative instructions
  • Apply protective fluoride treatments and assist hygienists with polishing for pediatric patients
  • Create precise temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary molds
  • Ensure equipment reliability by performing scheduled weekly and monthly maintenance
  • Contribute to practice efficiency by monitoring inventory needs, maintaining well-stocked treatment rooms, and minimizing product waste
  • Coordinate lab case documentation and track delivery dates to ensure timely patient appointments
  • Safeguard patients and team members by strictly following infection-control policies and protocols
  • Active Texas RDA License and current CPR (BLS) certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Nitrous oxide sedation monitoring certificate
  • Prophy and sealant certificates
