About The Position
As a Dental Assistant at Howard Family Dental, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team in providing high-quality care to our patients. You will assist dentists and hygienists in various tasks, including performing X-rays, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring that all instruments are sterilized and ready for use. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of care our patients receive, making this position both rewarding and essential to our practice's success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing the treatment area for patients, which includes following prescribed procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and efficient environment. You will also be tasked with providing instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area, positioning instruments for the dentist's access, and assisting with suctioning and passing instruments during procedures.
