Requirements

Basic chairside dental assisting experience is required.
Candidates must have prior hands-on chairside experience to be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
CDA certification preferred but not required
NH Radiology certification (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-centered mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus

Responsibilities

Being a calm, friendly presence for patients before, during, and after treatment
Assisting dentists and hygienists chairside during dental procedures
Preparing and maintaining clean, well-stocked operatories
Taking dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with the NH Dental Practice Act
Performing delegated dental assisting duties per scope and protocols
Ensuring strict infection control, sterilization, and safety standards
Managing supplies, equipment, and patient records
Supporting scheduling, patient education, and administrative needs
Collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to community health
