About The Position

A growing health center in Rockland County, NY is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced dental team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional with dental assisting experience who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves supporting our dental providers in a clinical setting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and helping create a positive experience for every patient. Requirements

Knowledgeable on dental procedures, materials, and terminology
Quick and willing to learn, reliable and dependable, customer service oriented
1+ years of dental assisting experience

Responsibilities

Set up treatment area for patients
Obtain dental history and records from patients
Assist the clinician with procedures
Prepare materials for making impressions and restorations
Maintain inventory of dental instruments, equipment, and supplies
Assist with patient registration and provide patient education and treatment planning
