Requirements

  • Current Dental Assistant license or certification required
  • Radiology/x-ray certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team-oriented practice

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Provide chairside support during dental procedures while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment for smooth daily operations
  • Take and process diagnostic-quality x-rays
  • Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and oral hygiene instructions
  • Assist with maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinical environment
  • Work closely with the team to create a positive patient experience from start to finish
